CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-563 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF THE KOLL COMPANY FOR <br /> DESIGN APPROVAL FOR AN APPROXIMATELY 41,500 SQ. FT. <br /> ONE-STORY OFFICE BUILDING ON APPROXIMATELY 3.8 ACRES ON <br /> THE WEST SIDE OF KOLL CENTER PARKWAY ADJACENT TO 1-680 <br /> (PUD-80-2-2D) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Koll Company has applied for design approval for an <br /> approximately 41,450 sq. ft. single story <br /> office/training center on a 3.8 acre site located within <br /> the Koll Business Park on the west side of Koll Center <br /> Parkway adjacent to the 1-680 right-of-way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the <br /> development plan of the subject site (PUD-80-2) <br /> including the typical architectural and site designs for <br /> individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances <br /> or new information requiring additional environmental <br /> review; therefore, this application does not constitute <br /> a new project under CEQA and no new environmental <br /> documents accompany this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on December 2, 1986 and <br /> testimony taken concerning the proposed project <br /> including its design, cumulative impact, consistency <br /> with PUD-80-2 and the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is <br /> consistent with PUD-80-2 as well as the City's General <br /> Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of the Koll Company for <br />design approval for an approximately 41,450 sq. ft. <br /> single story office/training center on a 3.8 acre site <br /> located on the west side of Koll Center Parkway adjacent <br /> to Interstate 680 right-of-way, subject to the <br /> conditions listed on Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
