CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 86-563 RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF THE KOLL COMPANY FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR AN APPROXIMATELY 41,500 SQ. FT. ONE-STORY OFFICE BUILDING ON APPROXIMATELY 3.8 ACRES ON THE WEST SIDE OF KOLL CENTER PARKWAY ADJACENT TO 1-680 (PUD-80-2-2D) WHEREAS, The Koll Company has applied for design approval for an approximately 41,450 sq. ft. single story office/training center on a 3.8 acre site located within the Koll Business Park on the west side of Koll Center Parkway adjacent to the 1-680 right-of-way; and WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the development plan of the subject site (PUD-80-2) including the typical architectural and site designs for individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances or new information requiring additional environmental review; therefore, this application does not constitute a new project under CEQA and no new environmental documents accompany this application; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on December 2, 1986 and testimony taken concerning the proposed project including its design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-80-2 and the General Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is consistent with PUD-80-2 as well as the City's General Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of the Koll Company for design approval for an approximately 41,450 sq. ft. single story office/training center on a 3.8 acre site located on the west side of Koll Center Parkway adjacent to Interstate 680 right-of-way, subject to the conditions listed on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
