Wide', distant thereon south 72° 40' east 179.78 feet from the western Line of said lot 9, as said avenue and lot 9 are shown on said Map; running thence along said center line south 72° 40' east 275.51 feet; thence north 1' S0' west 241.03 feet; thence south: 88° 10' west 260.00 feet; thence south 1° 50' east 149.89 feet to the point of beginning.
