Martin <br />When recorded mail to <br />Howell & Hallgrimson <br />4637 Chabot Drive, #112 <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />EASEMENT AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT made this day of , <br />1986, by and between Pleasanton Garbage Service, Inc., a <br />California corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor," <br />and City of Pleasanton, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee." <br />WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner of certain real <br />property commonly known as 2512 Vineyard Avenue, City of <br />Pleasanton, in the unincorporated area of Alameda County, State <br />of California, hereinafter referred to as the "Servient <br />Tenement," and described in Exhibit A attached. <br />WHEREAS, Grantee desires to acquire certain rights <br />in the Servient Tenement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows: <br />Grant of Easement <br />1, Grantor grants to Grantee an easement for storm drain <br />purposes. As and for valuable consideration Grantor shall have <br />the right to attach to and use the storm drain to be installed <br />in the easement granted herein for drainage for storm waters <br />and runoff from the Servient Tenement. <br />Character of Easement <br />2. The easement granted herein is an easement in gross. <br />Description of Easement <br />3. The easement granted herein is a right to install and <br />maintain a storm drain line. <br />Location <br />4. The easement granted herein is located as shown and <br />described in Exhibit B attached. <br />
