Compile and review base information as may be available, including <br />Bernal Avenue street and utility improvement plans and adjacent sub- <br />division improvement plans. <br />2. Perform site investigation and measurement to obtain the following <br />information: existing spot elevations and interpolated contours, <br />fences, retaining wall, paths, trees, shrub areas, memorial plaque <br />location, elevation, size and alignment, and generalized view rela- <br />tionships. <br />3. Prepare 1" = 10' scale base map from the above information. <br />4. Based on City's approved Preliminary Landscape Plan, prepare a <br />design development plan to include all proposed groundplane improvements, <br />topographic contours, trees and plantings. <br />5. Prepare cost opinion for park construction and modify plans, if <br />necessary, to adhere to established construction budget. <br />6. Meet with Staff to review the design development plan and cost opinion; <br />list required revisions and incorporate in the working drawings below. <br />7. Prepare the following working drawings, submitted for Staff review at <br />60% and 100% stages of completion: <br />a. Grading and removals plan <br />b. Construction staking plan and details <br />c. Irrigation plan and details <br />d. Planting plan and details <br />8. Prepare technical specifications and bid quantities in City of Pleasanton <br />format for Staff review at 60% and 100% stages of completion. <br />9. Develop final opinion of cost for all proposed improvements. <br />10. Furnish City with thirty (30) sets of working drawings and specifications, <br />and one set of reproducable mylars of final working drawings. Final <br />cost opinion will be furnished to Staff for reproduction by City. <br />FEE ESTIMATE <br />ode propose to furnish all of the services outlined above on an hourly basis <br />in accordance with our current "Rate Schedule, Exhibit B ", for a total amount <br />not to exceed five thousand one hundred fifty dollars ($5,150).
