Box 520 <br />Pleasanton, Calif. 94566-0802 <br />Dear Bob, <br />As per the City's request, enclosed please find a complete <br />lease package for the Wild TC-2000 Tachymat. This is presented <br />in accordance with the R.F.Q. due November 12, 1986. <br />The lease is for 36 months. At the end of the lease the <br />City could buy out of the lease, thereby owning the equipment, <br />for $2787.49 or they could extend the lease on a yearly basis <br />by paying $1778.42 in advance each year. <br />The lease is held by Circle Business Credit Inc, a division <br />of XEROX Financial Services. The lease must be signed by the <br />city's administrator, or by a person authorized to sign on <br />behalf of the City of Pleasanton. <br />Enclosed please find a complete lease agreement with the <br />included Delivery and Acceptance receipt (green sheet to be <br />signed at time of delivery).
