CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-538 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 15 UNIT RESIDENTIAL <br /> DEVELOPMENT ON TEN ACRES APPROXIMATELY 400 FEET WEST OF <br /> MARTIN AVENUE BETWEEN MOHR AVENUE AND CAMERON AVENUE <br /> (PUD-86-15) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 18, 1986, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for development <br /> plan approval for a 15 unit single-family residential <br /> development, to be located on an approximately 10 acre <br /> site located approximately 400 feet west of Martin <br /> Avenue between Mohr Avenue and Cameron Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated September 12, 1986 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Councilhas reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development <br /> plan would not have any significant adverse effects on <br /> the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON. <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for development <br /> plan approval for a 15 unit single-family residential <br /> development, to be located on an approximately 10 acre <br /> site located approximately 400 feet west of Martin <br /> Avenue between Mohr Avenue and Cameron Avenue. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
