Field review and adjustment of "as built" irrigation plans as <br /> necessary to prepare new irrigation plans. <br /> <br /> 2. Preparation of working drawings and specifications in City for- <br /> mat, for grading modifications, walkways, irrigation and <br /> planting. Two copies of working drawings and specifications will <br /> be furnished for City review at 60% and 100% completion. <br /> <br /> 3. Preparation of construction cost estimate. <br /> <br /> 4. Furnish one full set of reproducible mylars to City for the <br /> archi ves fi 1 e. <br /> <br /> 5. Furnish 30 sets of working drawings and specifications to City <br /> for bidding purposes. <br /> <br /> 6. Presentation of project to City Council. <br /> <br /> Note: Working Drawings and Specifications are based on an antici- <br /> pated construction budget of $80,000. In the event the City <br /> increases or decreases the scope of the project, the fee shall <br /> be either adjusted proportionately or shall be renegotiated. <br /> <br /> II. Optional Services <br /> <br /> A. Option i - Existing Site Information/Topography: <br /> <br /> In the event that the City does not provide site information for <br /> irrigation, existing topography and location of existing walkways, <br /> the consultant shall arrange and pay a licensed Surveyor or Civil <br /> Engineer to prepare a topographic survey of the area where the pro- <br /> posed improvements are to take place. See Item IV, Compensation and <br /> Billing Procedure. <br /> <br /> B. Option 2 - Construction Observation <br /> <br /> At the City's option, the City may elect to engage Singer & Hodges, <br /> Inc. to provide construction observation services. On the basis of <br /> said construction observation, as Landscape Architects, Singer & <br /> Hodges, Inc. shall keep the City informed of the progress and quality <br /> of the work. See Item IV, Compensation and Billing Procedure. <br /> <br />III. Reimbursable Expenses <br /> <br /> A. Reimbursable expenses are in addition to the compensation for ser- <br /> vices and include actual expenditures made by the employees and con- <br /> <br /> <br />
