CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-516 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENTS WITH JOHN NICOL FOR <br /> DESIGN OF MUIRWOOD PARK, CIP 84-29, AND HEATHERLARK <br /> PARK, CIP 84-28 <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council approves the agreements between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and John Nicol, regarding design <br /> of Muirwood Park, CIP-84-29, and Heatherlark Park, CIP <br /> 84-28, copies of which are attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreements <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 18, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br />Jam KENNETH R.
