CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-505 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR A MAJOR <br /> MODIFICATION TO AN APPROVED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> ZONING FOR A BUSINESS PARK, INCLUDING CHANGES TO ZONING, <br /> USES, AND DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS TO BE LOCATED ON AN <br /> APPROXIMATELY 10.9 ACRE SITE LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST <br /> CORNER OF OWENS DRIVE AND CHABOT DRIVE (PUD-85-8-2M) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 28, 1986, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for the <br /> application of Callahan, Sweeney, and O'Brien and <br /> Prudential Insurance for a major modification to an <br /> approved planned unit development zoning for a business <br /> park, including changes to zoning, uses, and development <br /> standards, to be located on an approximately 10.9 acre <br /> site located at the southeast corner of Owens Drive and <br /> Chabot Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated October 17, 1986 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed major <br /> modification; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed major <br /> modification would not have any significant adverse <br /> effects on the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for a major <br /> modification to an approved planned unit development <br /> zoning for a business park, including changes to zoning, <br /> uses, and development standards, to be located on an <br /> approximately 10.9 acre site located at the southeast <br /> corner of Owens Drive and Chabot Drive (PUD 85-8-2M). <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
