CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-495 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF FIRST STREET SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS, NEAL <br /> STREET STORM DRAINAGE LINE REPLACEMENT AND EAST ANGELA STORM <br /> DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. 85-37, AND APPROVAL OF <br /> FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT TO TOM'S BACKHOE, INC. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, work by Tom's Backhoe, Inc. on the First Street sanitary <br /> sewer improvements, Neal Street storm drainage line <br /> replacement and East Angela storm drainage improvements, <br /> Project No. 85-37, has been satisfactorily completed; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is appropriate to authorize the final progress payment; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The work on the First Street sanitary sewer improvements, <br /> Neal Street storm drainage line replacement and East Angela <br /> storm drainage improvements, Project CIP 85-37 is hereby <br /> accepted. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The Director of Finance is instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $953.45 in favor of Tom's Backhoe, <br /> Inc. in satisfaction of the final progress payment for the <br /> above-accepted work on Project No. CIP 85-37.
