RESOLUTION NO. 86-477 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 88-280 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. I988-7, NORTH PLEASANTON IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2 The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: On June 8, 1988, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 88-280, "Resolution of Intention to Order Improvement in Assessment District No. 1986-7, North Pleasanton Improvement District No. 2. The description of work to be done in Assessment District No. 1986-7, North Pleasanton Improvement District No. 2, is hereby amended to read as follows: A. Roadway Improvements 1. Chabot Drive. Baker Road and Stoneridge Drive ExtenSiOn The acquisition of street and utility improvements in Chabot Drive, from Stoneridge Drive to Inglewood Drive and Baker Road from Gibralter Drive to the tract boundary in Hacienda Business Park, Phase I, including grading, paving, curbs and gutters, domestic water mains, services and hydrants, storm drains, sanitary sewer mains, underground electrical and telephone utilities, telcoated utilities, street lights and landscaping; and the construction of Stoneridge Drive Extension from West Las Positas Boulevard to the Arroyo Mooho Canal including grading, paving, curbs and gutters, domestic water mains, services and hydrants, storm drains, sanitary sewer mains, street lighting, landscaping, engineering and right-of-way acquisition together with all appurtenances to any of the above. B. Water System Improvements 1. The acquisition of a water storage reservoir and appurtenances known as the "Foothill Reservoir" lying generally in a westerly direction a distance of 800' more or less, from the intersection of Foothill Roa~ and Stoneridge Drive including site improvements, overflow, and storm drainage system and appurtenances; water mains and appurtenances; electric, telephone and control systems and appurtenances; access roadways; fencing; lighting; landscaping; irrigation; and erosion control systems.
