RESOLUTION NO. 86-477 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 88-280 <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. I988-7, <br /> NORTH PLEASANTON IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />On June 8, 1988, the City Council adopted Resolution <br />No. 88-280, "Resolution of Intention to Order Improvement in <br />Assessment District No. 1986-7, North Pleasanton Improvement <br />District No. 2. The description of work to be done in Assessment <br />District No. 1986-7, North Pleasanton Improvement District No. 2, is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />A. Roadway Improvements <br /> 1. Chabot Drive. Baker Road and Stoneridge Drive ExtenSiOn <br /> <br /> The acquisition of street and utility improvements in Chabot <br /> Drive, from Stoneridge Drive to Inglewood Drive and Baker Road <br /> from Gibralter Drive to the tract boundary in Hacienda Business <br /> Park, Phase I, including grading, paving, curbs and gutters, <br /> domestic water mains, services and hydrants, storm drains, <br /> sanitary sewer mains, underground electrical and telephone <br /> utilities, telcoated utilities, street lights and landscaping; <br /> and the construction of Stoneridge Drive Extension from West <br /> Las Positas Boulevard to the Arroyo Mooho Canal including <br /> grading, paving, curbs and gutters, domestic water mains, <br /> services and hydrants, storm drains, sanitary sewer mains, <br /> street lighting, landscaping, engineering and right-of-way <br /> acquisition together with all appurtenances to any of the <br /> above. <br /> <br />B. Water System Improvements <br /> <br />1. The acquisition of a water storage reservoir and appurtenances <br /> known as the "Foothill Reservoir" lying generally in a westerly <br /> direction a distance of 800' more or less, from the <br /> intersection of Foothill Roa~ and Stoneridge Drive including <br /> site improvements, overflow, and storm drainage system and <br /> appurtenances; water mains and appurtenances; electric, <br /> telephone and control systems and appurtenances; access <br /> roadways; fencing; lighting; landscaping; irrigation; and <br /> erosion control systems. <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
