CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 86-460 APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP, SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR TRACT 5188, FOXBROUGH ESTATES - HSC DEVELOPMENT COMPANY WHEREAS, a final subdivision map and improvement plan for Tract 5188, Foxbrough Estates, HSC Development Company, have been submitted and checked by the Engineering staff and the necessary inspection fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director of Public Works and Utilities; and WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by the City Council at its meeting of October 7, 1986; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the final map is consistent with the Pleasanton General Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS; Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for Tract 5188, Foxbrough Estates, are hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate City officers are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement said approval. Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 5188 with HSC Foxbrough, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 7, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Brandes NOES: None ABSTAIN: None .
