CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-456 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FOOTHILL HIGH SCHOOL BAND REVIEW <br /> PARADE PERMIT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 7, 1986, the City Council <br /> received a report (SR 86:439) from the Assistant to the <br /> City Manager regarding an application from the Foothill <br /> Band Review Committee for a permit to hold the annual <br /> band review parade on October 25, 1986; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff has recommended that the City Council approve the <br /> application; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the application of the Foothill High School <br /> Band Review Committee for a permit to hold the annual <br /> band review parade on October 25, 1986, to be held in <br /> the City of Pleasanton as more particularly delineated <br /> in the report of the Assistant to the City Manager, <br /> subject to all conditions set forth in Section II of the <br /> report. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Approves an amendment to the City's budget to include <br /> the $2,445.00 in estimated staff overtime expenses. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 7, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~.~ <br /> ATTEST: 'RR~ C.
