CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-450 <br /> <br /> DENIAL OF THE CLAIMS OF JOSEPH EARL CHANCY AND BOBBIE <br /> KATUSICH <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on September 24, 1986, the City of Pleasanton received a <br /> claim filed on behalf of Joseph Earl Chancy and Bobbie <br /> Katusich for various damages incurred on June 18, 1986 <br /> during a police search; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 7, 1986, the City Council reviewed the claim <br /> and determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The claims of Joseph Earl Chancy and Bobbie Katusich <br /> in the total sum of $845,500 are hereby denied. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 7, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~ <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Y1 F~NK C.
