CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-444 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR REZONING <br /> APPROXIMATELY 5.2 ACRES FROM THE "A" (AGRICULTURAL) TO <br /> THE "PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT)-MEDIUM DENSITY <br /> RESIDENTIAL" DISTRICT AND FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL <br /> FOR A 12 PARCEL SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT <br /> LOCATED GENERALLY IN THE AREA NORTH OF MISSION HILLS <br /> PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 16, 1986, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for rezoning <br /> approximately 5.2 acres from the "A" (Agricultural) to <br /> the "PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density <br /> Residential" District and for development plan approval <br /> for a twelve parcel single-family residential <br /> development to be located on the 5.2 acre site generally <br /> in the area north of Mission Hills Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated September 3, 1986 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan would not have any significant adverse <br /> effects on the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for rezoning <br /> approximately 5.2 acres from the "A" (Agricultural) to <br /> the "PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density <br /> Residential" District and for development plan approval <br /> for a twelve parcel single-family residential <br /> development to be located on the 5.2 acre site generally <br /> in the area north of Mission Hills Park (PUD-86-13). <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
