cost and expense, public liability and property damage insurance, <br />which insurance shall be in the following minimum amounts: <br /> <br /> (a) $500,000 for injury or death of any one person and <br /> $1,000,000 for any one occurrence; <br /> <br /> (b) Property damage insurance in the amount of <br /> $500,000. <br /> <br /> A certificate of insurance evidencing the maintenance of the <br />required insurance shall be deposited with the City Clerk prior <br />to any use of the subject premises by Hacienda. Each certificate <br />shall bear the following endorsements: <br /> <br /> (1) Endorsement precluding cancellation or reduction in <br /> coverage before the expiration of 45 days after <br /> City shall have received any notification thereof <br /> from the insurance carrier; <br /> <br /> (2) Endorsement naming the City of Pleasanton, the <br /> councilmembers, and all officers, agents and <br /> employees thereof, as additional insureds; <br /> <br /> (3) Standard cross liability endorsement. <br /> <br /> 10. Paragraph Headings.
