June 9, 2008 <br />PCUP-205 Danny Rocha <br />Dear City Council Members, <br />I have been a long time resident on Sycamore Road. I knew the <br />property from when it was the Dana's property. In fact, I used to <br />keep the grounds there. Tlie new tank couldn't have been in a <br />better spot than where it is now.
