PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 983 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton, recommending to Alameda County Planning <br />Commission 'the denial of Zone Change Petition filed by <br />Conrad Moldt. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has <br />considered said zone amendment petition filed by Conrad <br />Moldt to reclassify from the A (Agricultural) District <br />to the C-1 (Retail Business) District an approximate <br />3.2 acre parcel located on the southeast quadrant of the <br />intersection of Interstate Route #580 and E1 Charro Road, <br />Pleasanton Upper-Amador Planning Area. <br />WHEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on this petition <br />and has examined the pertinent maps, drawings and docu- <br />ments and finds that oae or more of the following <br />conditions do exist: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will be contrary to the <br />spirit and intent of the Pleasanton General Plan, <br />2. That the proposed amendment is not in the public <br />interest and general welfare, <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates a less equitable <br />condition for the community than now prevails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the city <br />of Pleasanton hereby recommends the denial of said zone <br />change amendment as petitioned. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 14th day of January, 1970, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Antonini, Gibbs, Pereira and <br />Vice Chairman Pons <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Chairman Carrigan <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />Date: January 14 <br />w ' -'~--C ~ `-> >~ <br />~ J.
