PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 991 <br />A resolution of the Planning Coa~ission of the City <br />of Pleasanton granting Zoning Permit Z-69-11 to Morrison <br />Homes subject to certain conditions: <br />the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has <br />considered Zoning Permit Z-69-11 filed by Morrison <br />Homes fora permit in the RM-25 District for the <br />following: <br />To allow the construction of a 72-unit <br />garden apartment complex at the northeast <br />corner of Black Avenue and Hopyard Road. <br />said Commission has held a Public Hearing on this <br />application and has examined pertinent maps, drawings <br />and documents, and finds that under the circumstances <br />of this particular case, the use applied for will not <br />be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, <br />comfort or general welfare of persons residing in <br />or working in the neighborhood of said proposed use. <br />Further, that said use will not be detrimental or <br />injurious to property or improvements in the neighbor- <br />hood, nor will said use be inimical to the public <br />interest. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton hereby recommends to City Council a one- <br />year extension of said zoning permit subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the applicant shall comply with the final <br />submittal as defined under the P.U.D. District adopted <br />in Zoning Ordinance No. 520. <br />2. That the proposed two-story unit to be located <br />immediately adjacent to the intersection of Black <br />Avenue and Hopyard Road should be moved to an alternate <br />location within the complex and a single-story unit <br />inserted in its place. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 25th day of February, 1970, by the following <br />vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Gibbs, Pereira, Pons and <br />Chairman Garrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Commissioner Antonini <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />Date: February. 25, 1970 <br />~ - <br />,.~ <br />-__ <br />,, <br />Attest ~ "~ ` <br />/ ~ l/l~ <br />Ric rdo J.
