PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 994 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton, recommending to the City Council the approval <br />of RZ-70-l,filed by Arthur Wyler/Mary Perry. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has <br />considered RZ-70-1 filed by Arthur Wyler/Mary Perry to <br />amend Zoning Ordinance No. 520 by prezoning from the <br />County A (Agricultural) District to the RM-1500 (Multiple) <br />District, that property described as: <br />Parcel 2, Block 1699 <br />Alameda County Assessor's Map Book 946, <br />containing 3.56 acres, more or less, <br />and more commonly known as 3773 Vineyard Avenue,Pleasanton. <br />WHEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on this <br />petition and has examined the pertinent maps, drawings <br />and documents and finds that the following conditions <br />do exist: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will not be contrary to <br />the spirit and intent of the General Plan. <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the public interest <br />and general welfare. <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates a more equitable <br />condition for the community than now prevails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton hereby recommends to City Council the modifi- <br />cation of said prezoning application to the RM-2500 (Multipl <br />District, pending certification of annexation to the City <br />of Pleasanton. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton on <br />the 11th day of March, 1970, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Antonini, Gibbs, Perefra, <br />Pons and Chairman Garrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />~~ ~ ~ <br />L, f '~ <br />,~ ~~ ~-!~ <br />~~Howard T.
