PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />998 <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton for an amendment to Zoning <br />Ordinance No. 520 by the addition of sub-section (a) <br />to Sec. 28.109, has come before this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton hereby approves said amendment <br />to Zoning Ordinance No. 520 by the addition of <br />.sub-section (a) to Sec. 28.109, to read as follows: <br />(a) - Conditions <br />The City Council may impose conditions to a change <br />in zoning district boundaries where it finds that <br />said conditions must be imposed so as not to create <br />problems inimitable to the public health, safety <br />and welfare of the residents of the City of Pleasanton. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 25th day of March, 1970, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Gibbs, Pereira and <br />Vice Chairman Pons <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Commissioner Antonini and Chairman <br />Carrigan <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br /> <br />~--~ V _ <br />~~ ~ <br />Gene Pons, Vice Chairman <br />
