PLANNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California 9 A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton recommending to the City Council the approval of Zone Change No. 70-3, filed by Raymond D. Young.. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has considered Zone Amendment Petition No. 70-3, filed by Raymond D. Young to amend Sec. 8.104 Zoning Ordinance No. 520, to change the zone district designation from I-P (Industrial Park) District to the C-S (Commercial Service) District, on property - described as follows: Lot 32, Tract 2527, Mission Park, Map Book 48, Pages 26 and 27, or that property geQetally located on the southeast corner of Sonoma Drive and Sunol Boulevard. WHEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on this petition and has examined the pertinent maps, drawings and documents and finds that one or more of the following conditions do exist: 1. That the proposed amendment will not be contrary to the spirit and intent of the General Plan, 2. That the proposed amendment is in the public interest and general welfare, 3. That the proposed amendment creates a more equitable condition for the community than now prevails. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton hereby recommends to the City Council the approval of said zone change amendment as petitioned in light of the conditions attached to the approval of the Minor Subdivision for said property.
