PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />9 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton recommending to the City Council the <br />approval of Zone Change No. 70-3, filed by Raymond D. <br />Young.. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has considered Zone Amendment Petition No. 70-3, <br />filed by Raymond D. Young to amend Sec. 8.104 <br />Zoning Ordinance No. 520, to change the zone district <br />designation from I-P (Industrial Park) District <br />to the C-S (Commercial Service) District, on property <br />- described as follows: <br />Lot 32, Tract 2527, <br />Mission Park, Map Book 48, <br />Pages 26 and 27, <br />or that property geQetally located on the southeast <br />corner of Sonoma Drive and Sunol Boulevard. <br />WHEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on this <br />petition and has examined the pertinent maps, <br />drawings and documents and finds that one or more <br />of the following conditions do exist: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will not be contrary <br />to the spirit and intent of the General Plan, <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the public <br />interest and general welfare, <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates a more <br />equitable condition for the community than now <br />prevails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton hereby recommends to the City Council <br />the approval of said zone change amendment as <br />petitioned in light of the conditions attached to <br />the approval of the Minor Subdivision for said <br />property. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 8th day of April, 1970, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Gibbs, Pereira, Pons and <br />Chairman Garrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Commissioner Antonini <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Aiello <br />Date: April 8, 1970 <br />Atte~t: <br />~,~ ~ <br />A/ <br />ncent P.
