Attachment 1 <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 92-100 (MASTER FEE SCHEDULE) TO <br />MAKE TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS TO THE BILLING METHODOLOGY FOR <br />THE LOCAL SEWER RATES APPLICABLE TO SCHOOLS <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 92-100 (A Resolution Establishing Fees and <br />Charges for Various Municipal Services) is the present repository for listing of fees and <br />charges for the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER <br />THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 92-100 (Master Fee Schedule) is hereby amended <br />to read as set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its <br />adoption. <br />Section 3: City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it <br />into the book of original resolutions. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on July 15, 2008. <br />I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the <br />foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the <br />15th day of July, 2008, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Karen Diaz, City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Michael H.
