CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-414 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT WITH ZONE 7 <br /> FOR CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of PleaSanton and Zone 7, regarding <br /> reimbursement for Channel improvements, a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 2, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None J <br /> <br />James R. wal / Clerk ~ <br /> Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
