CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-406 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING LONG TERM AGREEMENT WITH <br /> WLP/VILLAGE GREEN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has adopted a Growth Management <br /> Program contained in Chapter 17.36 of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, procedures and guidelines for the implementation of the <br /> Growth Management Program were adopted by Resolution No. <br /> 82-66; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 82-66 established the priority position <br /> for selection of applications for long-term agreements <br /> to projects with legal sewer capacity rights based upon <br /> the City's legal obligations as created by the courts; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The project selected for the long term agreement is a <br /> project which has applied for long term agreement and <br /> which has legal rights in sewer capacity in accordance <br /> with Resolution No. 82-66. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Mayor is authorized on behalf of the City of <br /> Pleasanton to execute the attached Long Term Agreement <br /> with WLP/Village Green. <br /> <br />Section 3: The Council finds that the current inventory of long <br /> term agreements approved and number of units approved, <br /> including past approvals, is as shown on Exhibit A <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
