PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 602 <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Stoneson Development Corporation, <br />3150 20th Avenue, San Francisco, for a Zoning Permit with <br />Planned Unit Development in order to obtain approval for <br />land uses indicated on the Tentative Map for Tract No. <br />2896, has come before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above -named application be approved subject <br />to conditions listed in staff report, adding that <br />a time limit of ten years be approved for development <br />on the entire development. <br />Dated: August 10, 1966 <br />ATTEST: <br />James M.
