PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 621 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Charles McGregor, 4812 Harrison <br />Street, for a Variance from Sections 8.500 and 17.302, <br />Ordinance No. 309, in order to construct an additional <br />single - family dwelling on a lot located at the above <br />address, in an RG -15 District, has come before this <br />Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: <br />that the above -named application be approved for <br />Variance from lot width, driveway width, and side <br />yard setback, subject to the following conditions: <br />Curb, gutter and sidewalk to be constructed to <br />, City standards. <br />2.
