PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 504 <br />FP <br />w •.: <br />WHEREAS, the application of Shell Oil Company, 315 Derbe Avenue, <br />Oakland, for a Variance from Section 12.500, Ordinance <br />No. 309, in order to allow- construction of an auto- <br />mobile service station with a reduced front, side and <br />rear yard setback, located at the southeast corner of <br />First Street and Vineyard Avenue, in a C -T District. <br />(continued from January 12, 1966,), has come before <br />this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above -named application for Variance for <br />front yard only, be approved with the following <br />conditions: <br />1.
