Box 817, Campbell, California, for a <br />Conditional Use Permit in order to construct sub- <br />division entrance walls at the northeast and south- <br />east corners of Foothill Road and Highland Oaks Drive, <br />in an R -1 District, has come before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: <br />that the above -named application be approved <br />with the following conditions: <br />1. If the wall is actually to be constructed <br />in the street right -of -way, an encroach- <br />ment permit must be obtained. <br />2.
