PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 528 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Schulte - Blackwell Development <br />Company, P.O. Box 817, Campbell, for a Conditional <br />Use Permit in order to construct a private recreation <br />facility on Lot 15, Tract No. 2314, (Highland Oaks), <br />in an R -1 District, has come before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above -named application be approved with <br />the following condition: <br />1.
