PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 530 <br />WHEREAS, the application of E. F. J. Puccio, 19515 Alana <br />Road, Castro Valley, for a Zoning Permit with Site <br />Plan, Architectural and Landscape Approval in order <br />to construct a fourplex on Lot 1, Tract No. 2547, on <br />the southwest corner of Vineyard Avenue and Mavis <br />Drive, in an RG-25 District, has come before this <br />Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above -named application be approved subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. A more precise grading and drainage plan must be <br />submitted with the Site Plan for review and <br />approval by the City Engineer prior to the <br />issuance of the building permit. <br />All off - street parking areas and access <br />driveways must be paved to City standards <br />with a minimum of 12 inches of asphalt <br />concrete and 5 inches of aggregate base. <br />.` The public service easement must be improved <br />and maintained by the property owner. <br />Dated: March 9, 1966 <br />Philip44,andon, Chairman <br />
