PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 534 <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Stoneson Development <br />Corporation, 3150 20th Avenue, San Francisco, <br />for an amendment to Ordinance No. 309 rezoning <br />approximately 161 acres, as indicated on the <br />Tentative Subdivision Map, Tract No. 2843, <br />located on the east side of Foothill Road north <br />of Tract No. 2724, from the Interim A District <br />to the R -1 District, has come before this <br />Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the Planning Commission recommends to the City <br />Council that subject property be rezoned from the <br />Interim A to the R -1 District, and further recommends <br />;., that the City Council not hold a Public Hearing on <br />the rezoning until the staff and subdivider have <br />come to an agreement on the question of providing parks. <br />Dated: March 23, 1966 <br />Philip Landon, Chairman <br />ATTEST: <br />/J- mes M.
