PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 535 <br />WHEREAS, the application for approval iV <br />� pp pproval of Tentative Map, <br />Tract No. 2843, Stonegate, has come before this <br />Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above -named Tentative Map, as submitted, <br />be denied. <br />• <br />Upon motion of Chairman Landon, seconded by Commissioner Rega, the following motion <br />was unanimously adopted. <br />MOVED: <br />To inform the City Council that the Planning Commission <br />is in general agreement with the material submitted on <br />Tentative Map, Tract No. 2843, and that the only problems <br />being the electroliers, modification of street, and lot <br />sizes. Commission concurred with staff report as annotated. <br />Also, to inform the City Council that we should adhere to <br />the General Plan or modify the General Plan and that this <br />map was not in keeping with the present General Plan. <br />Dated: March 23, 1966 <br />ATTEST: <br />ames M.
