Builders, Inc., 319 Mac <br />Arthur Boulevard, San Leandro, for a Variance in <br />order to construct a stucco fence six feet in <br />height within the front yard setback, in con- <br />struction of a single family dwelling located at <br />593 Del Sol Avenue, in an R -1 District, has come <br />before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />• <br />RESOLVED: that the above -named application be granted with <br />the following condition: <br />1.
