Fencing setbacks shall be taken from the property line adjacent to the street. <br />5. The applicant shall provide two parking spaces on-site. Each space must have a <br />minimum dimension of 10 feet by 20 feet (10' x 20') and cannot be tandem. One <br />space shall be covered. No parking will be allowed in any area of the joint <br />access driveway (10' PAE). All required parking spaces shall be free of storage <br />and available for parking at all times. <br />6. RVs, trailers, campers, 5t" wheels, motor homes, boats, or other recreational <br />vehicles are prohibited from being parked or stored on-site; and that these <br />conditions shall be disclosed to the future homeowners. <br />7. Fencing within the PUD will generally follow the fencing requirements for the <br />R-1-6,500 Zoning District outlined in the Pleasanton Municipal Code <br />Section 18.84.080. The front property line of Parcel B shall be considered as the <br />property line adjacent to the street for fencing purposes only. No gates or <br />structures shall be allowed on or over the driveway within the proposed PAE <br />area. The proposed PAE area must remain clear at all time. Proposed changes <br />to these fencing requirements shall be subject to the review and approval by the <br />Planning Director. <br />2 <br />
