PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 563 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Pacific Telephone and Telegraph <br />Company, 111 North Market Street, San Jose, for a <br />Conditional Use Permit in order to construct a <br />communications building at 65 Ray Street, in a <br />C -C District, has come before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above -named application be granted with the <br />following conditions. <br />1. This use will require complete site plan, <br />architectural and landscaping approval through <br />the issuance of a Zoning Permit by the City <br />Planning Commission prior to the issuance of any <br />building permits. <br />2.
