PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 565 <br />WHEREAS, the application of V. L. Lund, Jr., 747 Mirador <br />Court, for a Zoning Permit with Site Plan, <br />Architectural and Landscape Approval in order to <br />use an existing building at 164 Main Street as <br />a real estate office, in a C -O District, has come <br />before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above -named application be granted subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. All off - street parking areas and access driveways <br />must be paved to City standards with a minimum <br />of 12 inches of asphalt concrete and 5 inches <br />of aggregate base. <br />2. Curb, gutter, sidewalk and driveway approaches <br />shall be constructed to City standards. <br />3. Existing trees shall be preserved as shown as <br />new trees shall be planted as shown. <br />4.
