PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 572 <br />WHEREAS, the application of F. A. Lambert, 443 St. John <br />Street, for a Conditional Use Permit in order <br />to construct a residence upon the rear portion <br />of property located at the above address, in a <br />C -C District, has come before this Commission: <br />NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above - named application be approved, with <br />the clarification that the Planning Commission will <br />continue to review each application, based on its <br />own merits, and this approval does not set a <br />precedent for any subsequent applications. <br />Dated: May 11, 1966 <br />ATTEST: <br />es M.
