PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 579 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Albers Feed and Farm Supply, <br />2700 7th Street, Oakland, for a Conditional Use <br />Permit under Section 16.200 Ordinance No. 309, in <br />order to modify or extend an existing non- conform- <br />x ing use located at 4711 First Street, in a C -0 Dis- <br />trict, has cone before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above -named application be approved with the <br />following conditions: <br />1. Sufficient area adjacent to and between the <br />buildings and the railroad tracks be paved to <br />allow parking for 15 vehicles. <br />2. A standard driveway approach be constructed on <br />Abbie Street providing access to this parking area. <br />3. Standard sidewalk be constructed along the <br />Abbie Street frontage from the First Street curb <br />and gutter to the railroad right -of -way proper. <br />4. Sidewalk along First Street to be installed <br />at such time as the City Engineer deems it <br />necessary due to pedestrian traffic. <br />5.
