CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-388 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br /> RESURFACING OF VARIOUS CITY STREETS, PROJECT NO. 86-27, <br /> AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 86:356), advised the City Council that plans <br /> and specifications had been completed for the <br /> resurfacing of various City streets, Project No. 86-27, <br /> and that said plans have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 19, 1986, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> resurfacing of various City streets, Project No. 86-27. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 19, 1986, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Mercer, Mohr, Butler and Wood <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Brandes <br />ABSTAIN: None ~OMOH~?,'~~ <br />ATTEST: <br /> R O <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Peter D.
