WHEREAS, <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 586 <br />the application of the Planning Commission for an <br />amendment to Ordinance No. 309 rezoning the rear <br />portion of a parcel of property located at 4226 <br />First Street from the C -0 District to the RG <br />District; rezoning the front portion of said <br />property from the C -0 District to the C -T Dis- <br />trict; and rezoning the area fronting on the <br />east side of First Street, southerly of said <br />property, from the C -0 District to the RG <br />District, has come before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above -named application be approved as <br />designated on map entitled "Proposed Re- zoning <br />Shell Service Station Site ", namely; <br />Parcel 2 - C -0 to RG 25 <br />Parcel 3 - C -0 to RG 25 <br />Parcel 5 - C -0 to C -T <br />Parcel 4 - C -0 to RG 25 <br />Dated: June 22, 1966 <br />ATTEST: <br />t <br />Joseph Antonini, Chairman <br />James M'.
