PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 596 <br />WHEREAS, the application of R. A. Martin, 14 Castlewood Drive, <br />Pleasanton, for a Zoning Permit in order to allow <br />construction of a subdivision tract sign at the <br />southeast corner of the intersection of Sunol <br />Boulevard and Arlington Drive, in an R -1 District, <br />has come before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above -named application be approved <br />subject to the following condition: <br />1.
