PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />After further discussion concerning Part 2 of this report dealing with standards, it <br />was determined to defer action on this matter until such time as the new Ordinance <br />considerations and recommendations are presented. Mr. George Stanton, representing <br />Associated Home Builders, was present in the audience and presented a rebuttal to <br />the Livingston and Blayney report. Mr. Stanton also submitted a report to the <br />Commission for their information. After further discussion, upon motion of Commis- <br />sioner Arnold, seconded by Commissioner Johnston, and carried, the following motion <br />was unanimously adopted. <br />MOVED: to defer review of the section on standards until <br />the new Zoning Ordinance has been reviewed. <br />Dated: July 27, 1966 <br />ATTEST: <br />1 <br />4a es .
