PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 496 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical <br />Sales, Inc., 300 Lakeside Drive, Oakland, for a <br />Zoning Permit with Site Plan, Architectural and <br />Landscape Approval in order to construct a re- <br />search center upon a 75 acre parcel located on <br />the west side of Sunol Boulevard, south of <br />Sycamore Road, in an I -P District, has come <br />before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above -named application for Zoning Permit <br />be approved with the following conditions: <br />1. Applicant apply for Performance Standards <br />approval and agree to meet all requirements <br />imposed by these Performance Standards prior <br />to the issuance of a building permit for <br />each building to be constructed on the site. <br />2.
