PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 493 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Land Development and Investment Company, <br />405 Montgomery Street, San Francisco, for an Amendment to <br />Planned Unit Development Permit issued September 25, 1963, <br />said amendment to conform with the approved Tentative <br />Subdivision Map for Tract No. 2802, has come before this <br />Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above -named application be approved subject to <br />the following condition: <br />Change in completion time from eight to six years <br />from the date of approval as a Planned Unit Devel- <br />opment. <br />Dated: December 8, 1965 <br />ATTEST: <br />Anto' i.
