PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 492 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Sam W. Garlitz, 225 West Angela <br />Street, for a Zoning Permit with Site Plan, Archi- <br />tectural and Landscape Approval, in order to construct <br />a duplex at the above address in an RG -15 District, has <br />come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above -named application be approved with the <br />following condition: <br />That the existing driveway approach be replaced <br />with a new approach conforming to City standards. <br />Dated: December 8, 1965 <br />Antoni i.
