PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 48Z <br />RESOLVED: <br />The application of R. A. Bennighof and Associates, agent <br />for the Lutheran Church, Missouri Synod, 40 Gold St., <br />San Francisco, for a Conditional Use Permit in order to <br />construct a church facility at the southwest corner of <br />Nopyard Road and Golden Road, in an R -1 District, is <br />hereby approved, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Flooding problem controlled to the satisfaction of <br />the Department of Public Works. <br />2. For First Phase Construction only. <br />3.
