PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 478, <br />WHEREAS, the application of Edward Hardy, 739 Main St., for a Zoning Permit <br />in order to erect an illuminated, non flashing, business sign at <br />the above location in a C -C District, has come before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above -named Zoning Permit is hereby approved subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1.
