RESOLVED: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 473 <br />The City Planning Commission hereby recommends to the City <br />Council that Section 7.15 of the Subdivision Ordinance re- <br />garding Public Service and Slope Easements in Hillside <br />Subdivisions be amended by adding Paragraph 8 as follows: <br />"A public service easement greater than 8' in <br />width adjacent to the street may be required by <br />the Planning Commission as a condition of approval <br />of the Tentative Map in order to accomodate <br />landscaping, utilities or slope banks." <br />Dated: October 13, 1965 <br />Philip <br />.
