RESOLVED: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 470 <br />The application of Dr. K. W. West, 935 "A" Street, Hayward, <br />for a Zoning Permit with Site Plan, Architectural and <br />Landscape Approval, in order to remodel a structure located <br />at 706 Main St., in a C-C District, for use as a business <br />office, is hereby approved subject to the following condi- <br />tions: <br />1. No parking will be allowed adjacent to the building <br />from Main Street, and the existing Main St. driveway <br />shall be removed and replaced with standard curb, <br />gutter and sidewalk as approved by the City Engineer. <br />2. The parking space indicated to the rear of the First <br />National Bank building, with access from Spring <br />Street,. shall be used only for employee parking. <br />3.
